This week we have our usual prize winners featured on the General Stall and the Cheese Stall. Vegetables and seasonal fruit, lovely apples, are grown at The Clays by Mark Stevenson.
Ready to eat food can be found on the cheese stall in the form of Dewhurst Farms’ pies and, for the second time, vegan cakes and fancies from Deanne & Klaire of The Witches Kitchen.
Plenty of colour from the rest of our stalls, Rosemary and Debbie have bright & beautiful cut flowers plus knitted and felt crafts, Red Blue Green, Kirsten Jones, brings her hand made bags and purses, while Sky Blue Pink, Helen McCutcheon, has lovely baby clothes, including dresses and The Big Red Button, Ellie Ribeiro has jewellery and other crafts.
We haven’t seen Rosie Redhead for a while but she is back with useful and decorative wooden articles. Sylvia Beeton of Kotuku Crafts will have woolly and felted items and Maggie Wheeller brings her usual pots and jewellery, sold to support Bloodwise.
Special Treat this week is Angela Mills with her book ‘Bobbie the Bat’ . A charming book for children, beautifully illustrated; contains not only a story but useful information about helping bats keep their place in the country side.
Don’t miss it.
