Mark Stevenson grows dozens of organic vegetables and fruit on his smallholding on the edge of Warborough. The main vegetable-growing field was once an orchard, and Mark now harvests apples and pears from the remaining trees for juice made by Tiddly Pommes in Oxford and sold by Mark on his stall. Mark is a member of Thames Valley Organic Growers and his land is certified for organic food production by the Soil Association. The Clays Organic Market Garden attends WLPM every fortnight.
What you will find on The Clays stall
Seasonal vegetables and fruit grown by Mark in his fields and polytunnels are supplemented by organic vegetables and fruit grown in the Thames Valley, south west of England and Europe. This means that you will have a wide choice of freshly grown and harvested produce including salads, leafy green vegetables, carrots and other root vegetables, all year round.
