Emma Blomfield comes to WLPM with lamb and beef from her flock of pedigree Sussex sheep and herd of Simmental cattle. They are 100% grass-fed on the wildflower pastures at the Earth Trust and alongside the River Thames near Little Wittenham.
In 2020 Emma received the 2 Star Great Taste Award for shoulder of lamb ‘above and beyond delicious’ – congratulations!
