Luxurious Adventurous Ethical Aurosó
Aurosó chocolates are Handmade in small batches in our Moulsford countryside Kitchen using the very finest ingredients. We use a minimal amount of sugar to let our flavours shine, and never add preservatives, artificial colourings or soy lecithin.
The Madagascan Chocolate we use is RaiseTrade, it is produced all the way from seed to couverture at origin in 15 days, creating greater economic benefit for the Malagasy people. It is reputed to be the freshest and one of the most ethical chocolate in the world.
Our Ganache Bars and Honey Chocolate Bon Bons have been reviewed in The Observer, Stylist Magazine, Baking Heaven, Consommé Magazine, About Time Magazine and the Oxford Magazine. We also make Chocolate Rounds (Florins) as well as Chocolate dessert pots.
